Property Management
We have a property manager who is available for 24 hour call out 365 days a year. She will help with any problems with the apartment or if you have an emergency. You will find her contact details in the apartment and they will also be given to you prior to departure.

Air Conditioning/Heating
Air conditioning/Heating is an optional extra. There are 3 units installed in the apartment (lounge, double bedroom and twin bedroom). We feel that this should be an optional extra as it would be unfair to increase the cost of the apartment to cover a facility that may not be used. We would advise that It is most probable that you will require cooling air for the months of Jun - Sep (incl). Should you decide not to take up this option, you will still be able to contact our apartment manager during your stay to switch the air conditioning units on. However, she will charge you CY£2.50 per unit per day for this service.

Changeover
Normally on a Wenesday but for the remainder of 2008, we are now open for any start/end days including 10/11 day holidays (min 7 days). Please enquire.
