Property Management
We have a property manager who is available for 24 hour call out 365 days a year. She will help with any problems with the apartment or if you have an emergency. You will find her contact details in the apartment and they will also be given to you prior to departure.

Air Conditioning/Heating
There are 3 units installed in the apartment (lounge, double bedroom and twin bedroom). Use of this facility is now included in the rental price..

Changeover
Normally on a Wenesday (most frequent and cheapest flights from UK) but please enquire if this does not suit as we are very flexible especially in off-peak periods.
